Making Your Booking
A booking is
only confirmed to be in place when the first night's accommodation
is secured with a valid credit or debit card.
The Booking Contract
The booking contract is complete when your booking confirmation is
given via the telephone, e-mail, fax or post and the deposit (value
of the first night's accommodation) is secured with a vaild credit
or debit card.
Cancelling
Your Booking
If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify Tudor Lodge via
phone in the first instance. All verbal cancellation must be followed
up by a written notification.
Cancellation Periods & Charges
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival date: There is
no charge this excludes bank holiday periods or sole use bookings.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival date: a charge
for the first nights accommodation will be taken from the credit
or debit card given with the booking, if for any reason the transaction
is not allowed by our card processing company we will seek to recover
the charges in any means necessary and all extra costs will be added
and will be due for collection by ourselves or our agents.
Bank Holiday or sole use Bookings
All Bank Holiday bookings are classed as a package and if cancelation
is made less than 14 days before arrival the charge for a min of 3
nights will be due, using the card supplied with the booking.
All sole use bookings are classed as a complete booking and if cancelled
less than 21 days before arrival date the full amount for all the
days booked will be due.
If cancellation
of a reduced period of stay is made less than 7 days before the date
of arrival then the first nights accommodation will be charged.
If the
booking cancellation is a reduction in the number of rooms orginally
reserved is made less than 7 days before the date of arrival then
the first nights accommodation will be charged for all rooms reduced.
Price
Alteration
We reserve the right to alter the price to allow for any variation
in inflation, but all price alterations will only be made prior to
1st January of any year.
Complaints
In the unlikely event of any complaints relevant to any aspect of
the services provided by Tudor Lodge, these should in the first instance
be made as soon as possible to the Tudor Lodge Management. If you
make a complaint upon return from your stay it must be made in writing
to Tudor Lodge within 10 days of return.
Rights of Refusal
Tudor Lodge reserve the unconditional right to terminate a booking
in the event of unreasonable conduct which in our opinion is likely
to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other customers,
employees, property or to any third party. This includes any participant
who fails to advise us of a serious medical condition or disability
or if part of a Stag or Hen group. If you are prevented from continuing
your stay as a result of termination our responsibility for your stay
thereupon ceases. Full cancellation charges will apply and we will
be under no obligation whatsoever for any refund, compensation or
loss you may incur.
Medical Conditions
Please inform Tudor Lodge if you have any medical condition, which
may possibly affect your stay.
Cancellation by Tudor Lodge
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Tudor Lodge, all monies
paid by you will be refunded to you. No administration charge applies.
Compensation payments do not apply to changes caused by reasons of
war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial
disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, technical problems or
similar events beyond our control. We are not responsable to re locate
any people that are affected.
Liability
Tudor Lodge will not be liable to compensate you for any damage or
loss of enjoyment in respect of your Holiday if the failure in the
enjoyment was your fault, or could not have been reasonably foreseen
or avoided Tudor Lodge or if the failure in your arrangements was
the result of the actions of someone unconnected with your arrangements.
Tudor Lodges liability to compensate you for any damage or loss
(including both direct and indirect loss of enjoyment) will not in
any event be greater than the price paid by you for the stay.
Holiday
Participation
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to accept the authority
and decisions of the Management.
